Inspired by Tupperware marketing
method, we will launch home
parties focused on the renovation of houses. The project
is titled:
"My New Home - Party".
We change Tupperware plastic
containers out with themes such as: Energy Rating of the dwelling,
Architectural solutions, Economic calculation, Funding Opportunities, Coordination
of renovation work, Discounts through joint purchasing
and Turnkey.
The overall objective of the project is to focus
on energy reduction in domestic heating
and to create architectural beauty
and attractive housing.
In this context we
would like to create a basis for
creating courses and programs in Skive, which trains craftsmen to undertake
turnkey contracts for the renovation
of homes. Secondarily, we expect that the project forms
the focal point for citizen involvement in
the Climate & Energy Strategy 2029.
For a
"Party" represent the consultant / vendor a company that
will be responsible for the turnkey contract. The firm
provides advice discount and total
solutions in
collaboration with suppliers,
bankers, accountants,
architects, energy companies, heating companies, craftsmen,
etc.
Party'erne or møderrne kept with a host who offered a free advice pack to give back to party'erne, gather 10 interested homeowners and make
the finished remanufactured product
- in the form of
their own homes -
available for future demonstrations - within
a defined frame and limitation.
The
idea is described,
communicated and marketed to all homeowners in the
municipality, and thus we expect that 5,000 homeowners
will eventually be inspired to launch new
parties, so energy renovation will spread to the whole
community - possibly.
even beyond the
municipal boundaries.
